I am a massive champion for professionals, whether you are working for yourself or someone else, and I’ve worked with many of my clients to successfully land promotions.

Working hard and being good at your job is the foundation for getting a promotion, but it’s not the deciding factor. And sometimes it can actually keep you stuck because if you’re a good ‘doer’ then your manager is probably more likely to want to keep you in that role because you’re delivering so well.

The deciding factor is having a great personal brand. Make it so they can’t ignore or overlook you!
